Baboushi (baby Baboush) offers eastern Mediterranean cuisine in a more accessible way, bringing fine-dining to fast-casual. A tribute to popular eastern Mediterranean street food, Baboushi is opening this winter at the AT&T Discovery District’s exciting new food hall in downtown Dallas, TX.
Emphasis is placed on fresh, local ingredients blended with the exotic, quality spices to create a flavorful dining experience that suits today’s modern-paced lifestyle.
